Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet:
Yes, we can update your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at general@ophanimofficial.net with your order number and the correct address.
If your order has already shipped:
Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we can’t change the delivery address. However, you may be able to redirect the parcel through the shipping carrier (e.g., Australia Post) using their tracking tools or customer service.
Can I cancel my order?
If it's within 24 hours of ordering:
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed for shipping. Just email us at general@ophanimofficial.net with your order number, and we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If more than 24 hours has passed:
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may still be eligible for a return once it arrives.
Do you offer exchange?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.
However, if you’d like a different style or colour, you can:
Return your original item (if eligible) for a refund.
Place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
To request a return, email us at general@ophanimofficial.net with your order number. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the item must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
